Refund Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all merchandise purchases made through Chaos Dance Lab.
1. General Principle
Under Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations, customers do not benefit from an automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, Chaos Dance Lab voluntarily offers a return policy under the conditions set out below.
2. 14-Day Return Policy
Chaos Dance Lab offers a 14-day return period:
• The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery
• Items must be returned within a reasonable time after approval
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in their original condition
• Include original packaging and labels (if applicable)
Chaos Dance Lab reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Procedure
To request a return:
1. Contact Chaos Dance Lab via the website
2. Provide:
• Order reference
• Description of the item
• Reason for return
Returns must be approved before being sent.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Chaos Dance Lab is not responsible for lost return shipments
It is recommended to use a tracked shipping method.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
• A refund will be issued if the return is approved
• Refunds are made via the original payment method where possible
• Processing time may take up to 14 days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• You must notify Chaos Dance Lab within a reasonable time after delivery
• The item may be:
• Replaced, or
• Refunded
In such cases, Chaos Dance Lab will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Worn or damaged products (not due to defect)
• Items returned beyond the 14-day period
• Limited edition or custom-made products (unless defective)
10. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the return process applies.
11. Abuse of Policy
Chaos Dance Lab reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent behavior.
