3. Nature of Activities
Arthur Neuhaus (Director) operates a dance collective involving:
• Artistic creations (choreography, performances, audiovisual works)
• Crews, Training programs and workshops
• Merchandise sales
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership of Original Works
All original choreographies, artistic direction, concepts, staging, visual identity, and creative direction developed by the Director of Chaos Dance Lab are and remain their exclusive intellectual property.
4.2. Collective Creations
Chaos Dance Lab operates as a collaborative artistic environment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Each participant retains their personal rights (e.g. performance, image, individual contribution)
• Contributions made within the framework of Chaos Dance Lab projects are considered part of a collective artistic work
4.3. License to Use Contributions
By participating in any activity (rehearsal, training, project, performance), participants grant Chaos Dance Lab a:
• non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license
• to use, reproduce, record, publish, and distribute
• any content created within the context of the collective
This includes:
• Videos
• Photos
• Performances
• Promotional material
This license is granted for:
• Communication
• Promotion
• Artistic dissemination
4.4. Protection of Choreography
Reproduction, teaching, or public performance of Chaos Dance Lab choreographies without prior written authorization from the Director is prohibited.
4.5. Respect of Identity
Chaos Dance Lab is committed to:
• Crediting dancers and collaborators whenever reasonably possible
• Respecting the artistic identity of participants
4.6. Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use of the collective’s artistic work may result in legal action under the Swiss Code of Obligations.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Respect all intellectual property rights
• Refrain from harmful or unlawful behavior
6. Workshops, Crews and Training Programs
6.1 External Booking
Workshops may be booked via third-party platforms. Their terms apply.
6.2 Crews
Crews are formed by auditions every year and follows their contract.
6.3 Participation Conditions
• Registration does not guarantee acceptance
• Final participation is subject to confirmation
• Minors require parental consent
6.4 Physical Condition
Participants confirm they are fit for physical activity.
7. Liability
Participation in dance and physical activities involves inherent risks.
By engaging in any activity associated with Chaos Dance Lab, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Chaos Dance Lab excludes liability for:
• Minor negligence
• Indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and safety.
Minors must have parental consent
8. Merchandise - SALES TERMS
8.1 Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment.
8.2 Prices
Prices are in CHF and may be modified at any time.
8.3 Delivery
Delivery is limited primarily to Switzerland. Delays do not entitle cancellation unless unreasonable.
9. Refund & Return Policy
9.1 Chaos Dance Lab offers a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
9.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9.3 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
9.4 Defective Items
If a product is defective, Chaos Dance Lab will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.
9.5 Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
• Used or damaged items
• Limited or custom pieces
9.6 Chaos Dance Lab reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

No liability is assumed for third-party platforms (payments, ticketing, etc.).
